Today was epic at Snowbasin – We found the goods off of Philpot Ridge and Wildcat Ridge. Have to say the Hoji’s from 4FRNT are my new favorite ski this year. I feel they’ll be taking a lot of time from my other ski’s the MSP 107 which is sad because the MSP is an awesome ski. I’m just finding the fun playfulness of the HOJI in all conditions makes other skis boring. It’s quick from edge to edge and the float is amazing. It did take me a good 5 days of skiing to get comfortable with the HOJI but once I learned where to find the edge on this ski it was super rad. The playfulness of the rocker is really where it’s at.
